The following roles/team members are all within the Groups Department.

Director of Groups: Jennifer Bellamy

Oversees all of the Groups Team, Group Projects, and the Health/Retention of Groups.

Groups Manager: Wendi Jenkins

Manage and nurture our sales team with the overall goal of achieving group growth. Will provide the team with guidance, training, and mentorship, setting sales quotas and goals, analyzing data, and assisting in creating sales plans.

Manages Group Conditions & follows up with the group support team on any concerning groups.

Group Development Team: Amber Cole, Kelly Bennet, and Rachel Blanton

Inspire and equip our Group Leads by calling, emailing, and texting them to check in and answer any questions they have and to bring the group in.

Groups Administrator: Maddie Martinez

Assist with Groups Asana & Salesforce Tasks, Assists in covering for the Group Support Team when they are out of the office

Groups Coordinator: Kailee Ridenour, Lindsay Pierson, Heather Swartzlander, and Camille Belknap

Inspire and equip Embrace Grace Inc. group leaders by checking in via phone, text, or email and completing the task assigned in SF to each group/leader. 

Update and Manage Group details in our system to ensure the organization of each church’s information.

Brave Girl Coordinator: Suzanna Gadbury

Connect potential Brave Girls to groups.

Outreach Manager: Erika Porter

Inspires and Equips our Pregnancy Centers/Organizations that want to partner with us through love boxes + growing groups

Regional Reps: DFW - Christianne Milner, Pacific Northwest - Kimberly Stone

Inspires potential group leads and PCC leads to gain partnerships.
